Law firm had me file a request for a preserved sample from the 6 viles of blood drawn from me during my ER rape exam at Maine General  Hospital.  

I did that & just heard back from the laboratory that 'had' my blood...it is gone; it has been destroyed. I started crying on the phone, they had other lab professionals go through the forensic samples in their cold storage...mine is gone.

I asked how could that even happen?  They shared with me the procedure for rape exams & evidence; once the exam is completed & samples are taken, then the criminal investigator assigned to the case files a legal document with the lab to preserve all forensic samples taken.  The lab then starts a chain of command & then preserves the sample(s) accordingly based on what it is (in my case 6 viles of blood that needed to remain cooled & not mixed with a preservative).  

Lab confirmed that NOT one law enforcement official, NOT one investigator, NOT one detective, NOT even the one fucking patrol officer that was assigned to my rape case did that!  Lab confirmed that Waterville Police NEVER contacted them, NEVER filed anything to preserve what was collected at my ER rape exam. Yet I signed ALL legal releases for them to do so....I actually signed ALL legal releases for Waterville PD to do so TWICE.

Waterville Police are at a minimum ABOVE & BEYOND fucking incompetent...yet I suspect far worse.

Chief Bonney of Waterville Police Department in the Sentinel News when asked about the high numbers of victims coming forward about being drugged & raped in downtown Waterville:

"We have NO EVIDENCE that is going on in our community," Bonney said, "and if anyone has EVIDENCE to support that, they should call the Waterville Police Department and we will investigate it."

DAY #1

APRIL 9, 2023 I attend a play at the Waterville Opera House; my phone pings me leaving there at 4:22 pm. I then walked to my vehicle that was parked on the Lockwood Hotel side of Main Street & was thinking to myself about going home & eating leftovers or going to Silver Street Tavern & ordering the Easter special. DAY #2

 APRIL 10, 2023 14 hours later I wake up in a jail cell in another county; drugged, raped, sodomized, bleeding & charged with FOUR crimes. I am not drunk, I am not hungover, I am actively bleeding from my rectum, I have been violated vaginally, my hip flexors hurt, my left armpit is swollen & both of my armpits hurt, I have no peripheral vision (my peripheral vision starts to return 5 days later on the evening of April 13th), my hands are visibly shaking uncontrollably & I am experiences symptoms of shock. I am allowed to bail myself out of jail & have difficulty driving home due to lack of any peripheral vison & have to turn my entire body in order to check for oncoming traffic. I am shaking uncontrollably & experience full symptoms of shock at this stage & have to pull over due to shaking & sobbing.
