2 MONTHS since I was ‘drugged, raped, robbed, sodomized & arrested’

• I received a written response from Waterville PD about my request to learn about the progress of my case that stated: “The offense report is considered an active investigation and cannot be released at this time. You may contact the District Attorney’s Office and ask to speak to the Victims Witness Advocate; they can assist you with further information that the police department cannot release.”

• I filed that request on June 1. 2023 after the joint press release from DA Maloney & Chief Bonney of Waterville PD on May 30, 2023 that stated: “If a victim is concerned about the trajectory of his or her case, we are both available to that person to discuss the investigation”. This joint press release was due to DAY 48: (May 27, 2023) when I wrote & publicly posted ‘The Waterville Secret That Everyone Knows’. 

• I then called the number for the DA’s office that the Waterville Police Department provided to me in their written request declining to give me any information about ‘the active investigation’ of my drugging/raping. The DA’s office then sent me to the voicemail of the DA’s Victim Witness Advocate, Kelly Staton & I leave a message stating; “I have been the victim of a drugging & raping & that I am concerned about the trajectory of the investigation & I would like to speak with someone about it”. I then left my name & all contact information. I have NEVER received a call back from any DA Victims Witness Advocate. 

• This then results in DA ‘s office calling my criminal attorney & stating that “The DA cannot meet with me because of the pending OUI & criminal charges". 

• So the DA & the Chief of Waterville PD issue a joint statement saying that they are always available to listen to victims of sexual assault. I then reach out to Waterville PD to discuss being drugged & raped & they deny me because it is an ‘active investigation’ & send me to the DA's victim witness advocate.  I then reach out to the DA's victim witness advocate & am being told they cannot speak with me because I have pending criminal charges stemming from the day that I reported I was drugged, raped, sodomized & robbed?!?

• Additionally, the Waterville patrol officer that WAS previously speaking to me about the investigation then STOPPED speaking to me about it once I voiced my concerns about the ‘trajectory of the investigation’ & the lack of in-depth questions being asked of the staff at Silver Street Tavern when they claimed that I had “walked in already drugged” & “took myself to their basement” & they then they “LATER found me”, “still drugged & asked me to leave”? When I pointed out the magnitude of questions that she failed to ask when Silver Street Tavern gave their statement; that officer now states to me: 

“In reference your questions about the investigation,   I am going to wait until the investigation is complete to update you further.  Releasing information prematurely can be detrimental to the integrity of the investigation. Respectfully, Officer Tanya Allen”


Also on DAY 61: (June 8, 2023)

• This is the day that I was sent the video taken on June 2, 2023 of a naked woman running from XXXXXXX XXXXX XXXXXX area, past XXXXXX, shoes on, pants around her ankles, shirt bunched around her wrist. Has her clothes, yet they are not on her. Three men in front of XXXXXXX casually watch her run by. She looks panicked & keeps looking behind her as she runs, like someone is chasing her. She then throws herself into a vehicle, assumingly to flee, the video ends there.

DAY #1

APRIL 9, 2023 I attend a play at the Waterville Opera House; my phone pings me leaving there at 4:22 pm. I then walked to my vehicle that was parked on the Lockwood Hotel side of Main Street & was thinking to myself about going home & eating leftovers or going to Silver Street Tavern & ordering the Easter special. I decided to do that, I unlocked my vehicle, grabbed the book that I had been reading & then also grabbed a new book (because I only had 2 chapters left in the current novel I had been reading) I then walked across the street & entered Silver Street Tavern; maybe 50/60 feet at most. I didn't encounter anyone, anything, or any drugs in that short 1 minute walk. At 4:30 pm my life stops, all phone usage ends at this exact minute, last memory I have is opening my book to the first page of the last two chapters, I placed the bookmark in the front of the book. DAY #2

 APRIL 10, 2023 14 hours later I wake up in a jail cell in another county; drugged, raped, sodomized, bleeding & charged with FOUR crimes. I am not drunk, I am not hungover, I am actively bleeding from my rectum, I have been violated vaginally, my hip flexors hurt, my left armpit is swollen & both of my armpits hurt, I have no peripheral vision (my peripheral vision starts to return 5 days later on the evening of April 13th), my hands are visibly shaking uncontrollably & I am experiences symptoms of shock. I am allowed to bail myself out of jail & have difficulty driving home due to lack of any peripheral vison & have to turn my entire body in order to check for oncoming traffic. I am shaking uncontrollably & experience full symptoms of shock at this stage & have to pull over due to shaking & sobbing.
