DAY #130

 AUGUST 16, 2023

Today I paid $310.00 for the mandatory State of Maine 3-step DEEP Program; which is part of the Office of Substance Abuse which is part of the larger Department of Health & Human Services. This brings my total out of pocket cost for being drugged, raped, sodomized, robbed & arrested to $25,484.68.

Keep in mind that I have YET to even be heard before the court regarding the 4 misdemeanor crimes I was charged with on Easter Sunday:

1. Failure to Stop

2. Operating Under the Influence

3. Refusal to Take a Breathalyzer

4. Refusal to 'Sign' the Documents for the above 3 Crimes

So why am I taking the mandatory DEEP Program now? Why am I being sentenced & actually being forced to move forward with the penalty phases of crimes that I have not even been before a judge for yet?

Let me share with you the 'whys'...

* I have been denied any updates or information on the investigation related to being 'drugged, raped, sodomized & robbed' due to it being an 'active investigation' & Waterville Police Department has stated that speaking to me about it will "jeopardize the integrity of their investigation".

* Reminder: It has been over 4 MONTHS since I was drugged, raped, sodomized,.robbed & then arrested...130 DAYS...3,120 HOURS...187, 200 minutes...yet who's counting!?

* I have also been denied speaking to anyone at the DA's office; including a Victim Witness Advocate about being 'drugged, raped, sodomized & robbed' because I have "pending criminal charges" stemming from that same day.

* Yet DA Maloney HAS made an 'offer' in the criminal case through my attorney.  Her offer was that she will draft a Protective Order that will allow me access to the Waterville rape investigation information, that I can then use to defend myself against the 4 crimes I have been charged with!?!  YET,  if I agree to that Protective Order to get the rape 'investigation' information to defend myself in my criminal trial; I will then be legally prohibited from ever speaking publicly about any of that information related to me being 'drugged', raped, sodomized & robbed' from that Waterville, Maine, Police Department 'investigation'!?!

This offer was made on June 22, 2023; I have yet to see this drafted Protective Order from DA Maloney; yet that may be due to the fact that I did not respond favorably to the offer.  OR I also do know the DA has been on vacation...ironically I spent my own planned  vacation isolated within my home; actually I have now officially spent ALL of the 2023 summer isolated within my home.

* I have been also told that the appeal my attorney filed regarding the revocation of my Maine State driver's license 'could' be heard "maybe some time in October or November".  Yet I have been assured that my request for the appeal was received at the end of May & they have it & to not worry!

So...I have been informed that currently my options are the following:

1. Wait for that appeal hearing to try to get my driver's license back; whenever that may take place...yet I have also been told it is highly unlikely I will be successful based on my pending criminal charges from Easter Sunday.

2. I can "do nothing" & my Maine Drivers license will be restored after 275 DAYS from the revocation date of May 22, 2023. So at the end of February of 2024...that would mean I can sit here isolated in my home for an ADDITIONAL 3 MONTHS, an ADDITIONAL 95 DAYS, an ADDITIONAL 2280 HOURS, an ADDITIONAL 136,800 MINUTES...yet again; who's counting!?

3. Last choice, I have also been told by the State of Maine that after I serve 180 DAYS of having my 275 license revocation, I could then petition to request a conditional work license...basically I can go back to work sometime in November of 2023 'IF' they allow me.

Also, that if I choose option #3 of DEEP class & try to petition the State of Maine to grant me a limited license after November, that in order to even 'beg the State for that' I need to complete the following:

DEEP Program which is 3 Steps...

August, Step 1.

Pay a $310 administrative fee to get into the program; today this brought my total out of pocket cost of being drugged & raped to $25,484.68.

September:

I then attend 20 hours of lectures based on:

"in-depth education regarding my high-risk alcohol & drug choices in order to assist me in identifying & changing my high-risk behaviors" ...that I engaged in on Easter Sunday.

These lectures also accompany breakout sessions over the four day format that I must talk in a group setting about my "harmful behaviors & how I placed the community at risk on Easter Sunday with my poor choices."

I must also complete an evidence-based preliminary self-assessment designed to screen for "risk factors related to my substance use problems."

Please note that Maine State records show that 2% of DEEP participates will receive a letter stating they have then “completed all DEEP requirements”, 98% will receive a letter from DEEP stating they present with high risk behaviors & must move on to step two; an Substance Use evaluation.

October, Step 2.

Secure a licensed SUD clinician & have a Substance Use Evaluation conducted; cost of this is $120.00 per session...which will bring my cost of being drugged & raped to $25,484.68. Please note this is NOT treatment, this is NOT counseling; this is just an evaluation consisting of 4 one-hour sessions that may ONLY be conducted once per week; so this takes up ALL of October & goes into November.

During this phase I will be required to sign an agreement to remain abstinent from alcohol throughout those four weeks & the clinician will do random urine testing to ensure my compliance. Yet let me also point out these conditions have been placed upon me since my arrest on Easter Sunday via criminal bail conditions, when I bailed myself out of jail, raped, sodomized, actively bleeding & in medical shock. (At that time I had yet to learn that my bank account had been emptied, while I laid unconscious in that jail cell).

I will also be required to bring a “relevant person” to attend one these evaluation sessions.  So the clinician can questioned them about my moral character, my decision making abilities & to help access if I will repeat my Easter Sunday behavior & to determine if I am a "continued risk to society."

At this phase no diagnosis means no further treatment recommended & the participant gets a letter stating “you have completed all DEEP requirements." Interestingly the numbers actually flip-flop at step two; circa 98% of clients are not diagnosed with a substance use disorder & 2% are diagnosed & are required to then move on to step three; treatment.

November, Step 3.

This step then requires 6 to 12 one hour sessions (ONLY allowed one per week) of actual treatment & counseling...this would then bring my cost of being drugged & raped to $28,124,68. This step would bring me to the end of December or into mid January of 2024.

After ALL of this, ONLY THEN would I be allowed to file an application with the State of Maine asking to "please allow me to drive to work". This application has a fee of $50.00...bringing the cost of my trip to Charlie Giguere's, Silver Street Tavern fucking rape basement on Easter Sunday to $28,164.68.

So those are the 'whys'...I am about to attend a 20 hour lecture on how "MY behavior & MY choices on Easter Sunday endangered the community & that I need to take accountability for MY decisions & actions on that day."

Do I know at which Step the State of Maine will  deem me "safe to society"...nope!  I suspect I am going to get kicked out at Step 1 due to NOT stating how I am a danger to society & REFUSING to stop speaking about the fact that I was FUCKING DRUGGED, RAPED, SODOMIZED, ROBBED & then ARRESTED on Easter Sunday!!!!

Today is August 16, 2023, 130 DAYS since I was 'drugged, raped, sodomized & robbed' at Silver Street Tavern; owned by Charlie Giguere & 130 DAYS since I was then robbed, arrested & jailed by Somerset County Sheriffs Department; with absolutely NO medical attention.

...but who's counting!
