DAY #50

Now NUMEROUS victims have come forward to me at this time: 

• XXXXXXXXX: (*I already knew this & gave Waterville PD this victim info) drugged & had called for help from the very same basement as me.   

• XXXXXX: (XXXX’s wife) feared reporting to the police that she had been drugged because she was on an organ donor list & feared that she would be denied a lifesaving operation if she disclosed the experience. 

• XXXXXXX: reported to Detective Gordon Waterville PD, was told she was the only report & nothing they could do; don’t go back there. 

• XXXXXXX: drugged & raped

• XXXXXX: drugged

• XXXXXX: drugged; thinks it was the bouncer.

• XXXXXXXX: her & her daughter drugged; also has two friends that were drugged & then locked in.

• XXXXXXX: drugged & raped; reported to Waterville PD Nate Bernier, they arrested her.

• XXXXXXXX drugged

• XXXXXX: targeted & drugged

• XXXXXX: (already gave Waterville PD this info) went & got XXXXXXX out of the XXXXXXXXX basement.  Also stated that XXXXXX sells drugs out of XXXXXXXXXXXX basement & for an extra price you can have a woman drugged & then have unfettered access to her & then they will ‘let her go’ when you are done. 

• XXXXXX: drugged didn’t report due to SUD history.

• XXXXXX: drugged & raped; threatened into recanting.

• XXXXXXX: I was her academic advisor years ago for her internship at XXXXXX College about sexual assault safety on campus.  She saw the post & reached out to me & stated was approached & was afraid she was going to be trafficked, person she was with tried to help & then got stabbed by the man that approached her.  Reported it to Waterville PD; no one got arrested. She also stated it happened to XXXXXX & XXXXXX college students all the time. 

• XXXXXXX: drugged; no memory.

• XXXXXX: she was the first public post of being drugged & raped.

• XXXXXXXX: she was 23, she was drugged & lost 14 hours of her life & woke up at an entirely different location. She reported it to the Waterville Police & was told it was going to be investigated; she is still waiting to hear back from them, she is now 28 years old. She also shared that she has a high school reunion coming up, yet she is fearful to go because it is being held in Waterville. She knows 13 other women that this has also happened to.

• XXXXXXX: rape basement.

• XXXXXX: drugged, raped, trafficked. Reported to Waterville PD, she also told me that I was her professor at XXXXXX 3 years ago and that she had to drop out of classes. She also told me that she saved an email from a professor that she told & had believed her & told her & that it wasn’t her fault. She then sent me a screen shot of that email that she had saved for all those years; it was from me. 

• XXXXXXX: she is an EMT, drugged & raped, reported it to Waterville PD, they threatened her and she recanted, Waterville PD then charged her with filing a false report. 

• XXXXXX: her daughter was one of the six victims that sued XXXXXX College in 2019 for failure to investigate sexual assaults. She sent my post to XXXXXXXX & the president of XXXXXX College.

• XXXXXXX: drugged, raped, never reported.

• XXXXXX: woke up in her car drugged & raped next to XXXXXXXXXXXXX.  

• XXXXXX: drugged & locked in the establishment with the owner. 

• XXXXXXX: drugged, unsure if raped.      

• XXXXXX: drugged & raped.

• XXXXXX: drugged, friends saved her, has no memory; actually said to me “yet nothing bad happened to me”.  She was drugged; yet managed to not get raped.

• XXXXXXX: her & two friends were drugged & locked in the establishment.  One woman had her debit card numbers stolen. Thinks it was the owner or the bartender.

• XXXXXXXX: reports that a 60 year old woman was walking in the middle of the road, drugged & raped, Waterville PD picked her up & brought her to the hospital. 

• XXXXXXX: drugged?

• XXXXX: (*I already knew this & gave Waterville PD this victim info) this drugging & raping was reported to PD. 

• XXXXXXX: drugged & raped, didn’t not report out of fear & shame. 

• XXXXXXXX: knows several individuals this happened to.

• XXXXXXX: daughter was drugged, raped, robbed, and kept in a basement; daughter wasn’t the only one.  Drug rings, selling woman, reported to Officer Smedburg of Waterville PD, states that Fairfield PD have raided a home on Elm Street.  

• XXXXXXX: She bartended at XXXXX College; Professor XXXXXXX at XXXXXX for 28 years; was being mailed GHB to his campus office.  Homeland security & XXXXXX Professors were interviewed.  He was forced to resign & not allowed on campus, now works at XXXXXX College, Waterville PD were involved in the investigation.  This Professor at XXXXX College was a chemist & he is a XXXXXX graduate himself, his office at XXXXXX College was a chemistry lab.

• XXXXXXXX: her boyfriend was drugged & raped yet doesn’t want to come forward.  

• XXXXXX: drugged?

• XXXXX: drugged & raped by a bartender named XXXXX.

• XXXXXXXXXX: Local downtown Waterville business owner; friend was drugged & raped & Waterville PD did not investigate it. Moved his business to another town because they were getting constant requests for their stores video footage from attorneys representing victims, private investigators working for victims and victims themselves.      

• XXXXXXX: drugged, friend saved her, at XXXXXXXXXXXX.

• XXXXXXX: Knows people, believes it is staff & owner, goes back at least 8 years,

• XXXXXXXX: drugged and stalked, saved by the bartender (same bartender; XXXXXX that created a post that drugging & raping never happens in downtown Waterville).

• XXXXXXX: second victim to publicly post that she was drugged & raped; she was called at 2 am by XXXXXXXX & threatened to take down her public posts about this.  XXXXX is ‘good friends’ with XXXXX & also some of the other victims that have come forward.  

• XXXXXXXXXX: drugged, friends got her out of there. She had a toxicology screening completed by medical professionals on herself the next day.

• XXXXXX: had a woman reach out to her that was drugged more than once in downtown Waterville.

• XXXXXXXX: drugged, robbed of her phone, keys, and purse. When they thought she was unconscious, she grabbed one of their phones & called her own phone & recorded the two men that did it to her (talking, laughing & saying “Don’t worry about her, I will call you when it’s done). She still has the voicemail, also the phone number & their name & pictures. Ran out into the concourse and passed out, was helped by someone & went to Waterville PD & reported to the Chief of Police; no investigation.  Her therapist also called up the Chief of Waterville PD to follow up on it. She was suicidal for months, the man that helped her & brought her to Waterville PD was found dead months later on Gold Street. States that Waterville PD knew who the two men were. Also her boss was also drugged there that same night; they didn’t know that until they spoke days later. 

• XXXXXXX: drugged, unsure if raped.

• XXXXXXXXXXX: drugged & raped in basement by owner, has a video of her at Waterville PD trying to give her underwear to an officer, is told to take it back & keep looking for bail money. I have this video; she hired an attorney, a private investigator.  TONS of details; owner admitted to bringing her into the basement & having sex with her, she was charged with OUI and no charges against him. Her attorney asked DA Maloney how can it be consensual sex & you claim she was not drugged yet was drunk…was told they would look into that legal argument.  That was over a year ago. Had a rape kit done, has never heard back about it. Reported to Detective Gordon of Waterville PD.

• XXXXXXXX: drugged & raped at XXXXXXXXXXXXX.  

• XXXXXXXXX: drugged at XXXXX, Waterville PD did not take her report of being drugged seriously.  

• XXXXXXXXXXX: daughter was drugged.

• XXXXXXX: was found dead in the kitchen of XXXXXXXX, still wearing his apron, locked into the establishment overnight, found by XXXXX the owner.  

• XXXXXXXXX: I have a video of a naked woman running from XXXXXXX XXXXX XXXXXX area, past XXXXXX, shoes on, pants around her ankles, shirt bunched around her wrist.  Has her clothes, yet they are not on her. Three men in front of XXXXXXX casually watch her run by. She looks panicked & keeps looking behind her as she runs, like someone is chasing her. She then throws herself into a vehicle, assumingly to flee, yet video ends there.  Video was taken on June 2, 2023, young woman gave it to her mother who then made sure it got to me.  Young girl and mother are terrified, young women also states that on that night 5 MSP Troopers were manned & sitting in the Waterville Concourse & the women was almost immediately pulled over.  I have looked for any crime reports or news articles about this; found nothing. 

• XXXXX: drugged & raped end of June 2023 & found in a tent in downtown Waterville, Waterville PD took her to the hospital, she was later checked into the Behavioral Health Unit.
