DAY #34

• I met with Officer Allen at Waterville PD & brought a third party who took notes; copy of those notes has been saved. Officer Allen shared the following:

 ✓  Inside video footage of Easter Day at Silver Street Tavern had been deleted on 5.19.2023 & they did not have it backed up.

 ✓  Lockwood Hotel on Waterville Maine does not have security cameras; she went there & checked.

 ✓  Officer Allen stated she spoke with two of the staff from Silver Street Tavern; the bartender (Anthony Tuell) & the manager (Karen Dennis Thompson). The manager stated that she remembered me from the first visit before the Waterville Opera House play; yet does not remember me returning after the show. The bartender stated that I “arrived drugged & tripping” “that I did not have anything to eat nor drink at Silver Street Tavern when I returned” (I had one beer before the show that is on my charge card, with a tip, that my bank can pull the data on. I paid for it at exactly 1:44 & 50 seconds & then walked over for the 2 pm matinee at the Waterville Opera House). There is also a second charge for a 2nd beer that afternoon after the show from Silver Street Tavern that my bank states was run through the POS system in an unusual way; they charged me for a beer, yet I did not tip on it. 

 ✓  The bartender then told Waterville PD that I danced around the restaurant all drugged out; the manager states that she did not witness that or even see me return after the play. 

 ✓  The bartender then told Waterville PD that LATER a bar-back named Justin told him that he ‘found me’ still ‘drugged out & tripping in the basement’ of Silver Street Tavern & that he told me I couldn’t be in the basement & that I said okay & left. The bartender stated that I left at 3:45 & that while he was still at the Tavern he was no longer working. 

 ✓  Officer Allen stated that she believed she knew who Justin was.

 ✓  Officer Allen also stated that Waterville PD has had other victims with similar experiences.

•  This was the first time I had information that I was in the same basement that the other woman had found herself drugged in; I was obviously upset by this information. I learned that I was ‘drugged & in basement of Silver Street Tavern’ FROM Silver Street Taverns statement to the Waterville Police. 

• Learning that I was ‘found’ in the basement of the establishment that I had reported I believed I was drugged at was traumatizing to hear & I was visibly upset & asked Officer Allen the following questions: 

 ✓  What was the event that the barback was setting up for; do they have an invoice for it?

 ✓  Was anyone else helping to set up in the basement for this event?

 ✓  What staff was scheduled to work the event; Silver Street was closed the next day.

 ✓  Why do I have a charge for a beer on my credit card if I did not eat or drink there?

 ✓  If they did serve my that 2nd beer, did I drink any of it? Who gave it to me?

 ✓  If the bartender is claiming that I walked in ‘trippy or drugged’ why did they then serve me that 2nd beer? Did I take a sip of that beer & THEN become ‘trippy or drugged’?

 ✓  What happened to my food order?

 ✓  The female manager states she remembers me from before the theater show, yet does not remember me ‘dancing around Silver Street’ was she there at that time?

 ✓  Who is Justin, was he there all day? Did he tell anyone or go get anyone when he ‘found’ me in the basement?

 ✓  Where is the basement? Do you have to access staff areas to get to it? Is the door locked or unlocked? Can you lock the door from the inside of the basement?

 ✓  When Justin ‘found’ me was the light on or was I in the dark? Where is the light for the basement? Is it a large white overhead light? 

 ✓  When Justin ‘found’ me was I standing, sitting, lying on the floor? Where all my clothes on me? Did I have two books with me? 

 ✓  What did I say? Could I walk on my own? Could I speak & hold a conversation? Was I sobbing? Did I walk up the stairs on my own? Did he carry me? Did he carry me by my armpits? Did he go get anyone else? When did he tell the bartender that he had ‘found’ me; that day or after the investigation began?

 ✓  What time was the charge on my credit card made? Do they have a copy of the receipt? Did I sign that receipt?

 ✓  When the bartender states that I appeared to be ‘drugged out & trippy’ did he discuss this with anyone? Did he discuss calling for medical attention for me? Why not?

 ✓  Are there cameras in the basement? Are there multiple entrances/exits to the basement?

 ✓ Has any of Silver Street staff been charge or convicted of drug or sex crimes?

 ✓  XXXXXXXXXXX: the woman that was drugged & found in the Silver Street Tavern basement, have you spoken to her?.

 ✓  XXXXXXXXX; drugged at XXXXXXXXXX & found in a different location, different clothing & robbed, have you spoken to her? 

 ✓  How many reports of drugged/rape in Waterville for 2023, 2022, etc. Surrounding towns, Thomas & Colby campuses?

 ✓  Bartender states I was found in the basement at 3:45, I was still in a seat at the Opera House watching a play at 3:45? (I “walked in already drugged, raped & sodomized” then “danced around the Tavern” then “wandered into the basement Silver Street Tavern” & then was ‘found’ in that basement & then ‘asked to leave’ all by 3:45? Timeline does not make sense. 

 ✓  Officer Allen state that she did not ask any of these questions, did not ask for receipts, did not ask for last name of the staff that ‘found’ me, did not ask what day it was reported that I had “been ‘found’ drugged in the basement of Silver Street Tavern”. 

• I left that meeting upset, the person that came to support me left that meeting outraged & visibly upset; THIS WAS EVIDENT. 

• Later that same day after the meeting with Officer Allen, I went home & the CD (audio & video) from the arrest was in my mailbox; 

 ✓  Video shows me clearly driving slowly & all over the road, I do not even appear to acknowledge law enforcement as they attempt to stop me.

 ✓  I do not seem to acknowledge them once stopped.

 ✓  After law enforcement help me out of the vehicle my first response is to put my hands behind my back to be arrested. 

 ✓  I am answering some of law enforcement questions with very long response times & sometimes I do not appear to know the answers to simple questions. 

 ✓  My responses & movements are very slow & I am having significant cognitive difficulties with understanding & responding. 

 ✓  I repeat statements about not being able to see without my glasses & also not being able to see with my glasses.

 ✓  I am distracted numerous times when vehicles speed by us & cower & put my hands over my ears.

 ✓  I make numerous statements about the officer being loud & asking “Why are you yelling?” I hold my hands over my ears & I often whisper my answers.

 ✓  I vacillate from not being able to walk or hold one foot up to remaining rigid & stand solidly in place (as if at attention) for significant periods of time.

 ✓  I repeatedly state that I am “trying to see”.

 ✓  I laugh & have inappropriate responses while they are arresting me. 

 ✓  I am VERY compliant.

• I had always known that something happened to my eyesight yet did not know anything about hearing issues until I watched myself on this video. With this new information I  started to research date rape drugs that effect visual & hearing & landed on Ketamine.

 ✓   Ketamine causes a mind & body separation

 ✓  Makes individuals move, speak slower

 ✓  Makes it that individuals cannot move properly & from making sense

 ✓  Causes damage to long & short term memory

 ✓  Works quickly & can take only seconds until an individual loses consciousness

 ✓  Lasts at least an hour, but common to last from 4 to 6 hours

 ✓ Individual do not recover completely for up to 48 hours

 ✓  Causes unconsciousness very quickly, loss of muscle function & dream like awareness

 ✓  Causes amnesia, yet causes flashbacks weeks later

 ✓ When combined with alcohol cognitive deficits are enhanced

 ✓  An individuals casual conversation is hard to follow & jumps from topics irrationally

 ✓  Triggers ‘brain noise’ blocking receptors that increase background noises within the brain

• With this additional information, one site stated that Ketamine could possibly remain in the urine for up to 40 days. I then went & had a urinalysis lab test conducted for Ketamine & all other rape drugs that researched; it would have been day #33 since I was drugged. I then called Officer Allen & shared all of this information.
