OHHHHH THERE IS VIDEO OF ME!?!

I have previously shared back in June, that DA Maeghan Maloney told my attorney that she would only share access to information about my rape investigation with a stipulation. So in order to utilize facts in my defense of the criminal charges that the DA is prosecuting me for (OUI, Failure to Stop, Refuse to Test & Refusing to Sign the Summons for those first three charges) it came with a mandate.

DA Maloney's offer came with the mandate that I sign a Protective Order that would then legally prohibit me from speaking publicly about that information as it relates to being drugged & raped in Waterville Maine.  

I declined that offer & my attorney has twice filed requests of discovery for information that supports I was drugged & raped at the time of my arrest.  

I also filed numerous (6 total; they have been posted publicly here on my page) Freedom of Information Act requests with Waterville Police Department which have resulted in the following responses from Waterville PD: 1. Highly redacted information that renders it useless.  2. Written statement that the information requested would be too time consuming to collect & an invoice of $800.00 + would need to be paid up front to Waterville PD if I wished to proceed. 3. Written statements that they are unable to quantify the information requested. 4. Silence. 


Here is this week's latest information (9.15.2023)...

*I have learned that DA Maloney has removed the current ADA off my case & is going to prosecute my case personally.

*After filing TWO requests for discovery & being offered the 'Protective Order' from Maeghan Maloney, my attorney has now filed a Motion of Objection to the Protective Order & has asked the Court to order that the DA's office & Waterville Police Department release any & all information, evidence, videos, cases, that are related to the drugging & raping of individuals (including myself) that have happened in Waterville Maine over the past five years.


This week DA Maloney has now provided my attorney with two videos: 

1. A 1 hour & 32 minute video of me speaking with Waterville Police Department reporting my drugging & rape.

This video is significant for the following reasons; the DA & Waterville, Maine, Police Department have been telling my attorney that my fact pattern has been changing & that I have made statements about things that never happened.  My only defense available to date has been..."I never said that to Waterville PD, that conversation never happened".  

This has been all I could do, as when I reported my rape to Waterville PD I went alone.  It was me & the officer in the room; it NEVER entered my mind that I would need a witness with me to report a crime against me. So it was my word against Waterville PD.

So this 1 hour & 32 minute video that Waterville PD had & the DA has just now released to me;  well it IS me reporting my rape. The ENTIRE reporting from start to finish.  & you know what, of course you do...I DIDN'T make the statements that Waterville PD has been claiming I did.  My fact pattern has NEVER changed one bit...what I said is EXACTLY what I have always said & the bullshit they were accusing me of stating in that interview NEVER fucking happened.


2. Next video is a 17 minute video that shows me; after leaving Silver Street Tavern & approaching my vehicle. Yup, shit you not!  

Silver Street Tavern told Waterville Police when questioned that their video from that day had been deleted & further stated they had no hard drive video either. 

Yet a local Waterville business owner has provided Waterville PD their video security tapes. Know what that shows?  Me NOT black-out intoxicated, NOT stumbling, NOT weaving, NOT "fall down drunk" as law enforcement states I was. Yet it DOES show me approaching my vehicle & walking strangely; walking like I am injured. I am unsure how to describe it, yet I am protecting or avoiding pressure or friction to my genital region. 

Know what else it shows? The time; which does NOT match Silver Street Tavern's bullshit statement that they gave to Waterville PD about me "walking in already drugged & then later finding me in their basement still drugged." The basement that I supposedly took myself to!?" The time interestingly enough DOES support the timeline that I have always given to the police & supports the retrieved time data information from my phone carrier.  

Almost 6 months I have been screaming I was 'drugged, raped, sodomized, robbed & then arrested'...for almost a half of year.

APRIL 9, 2023 I attend a play at the Waterville Opera House; my phone pings me leaving there at 4:22 pm. I then walked to my vehicle that was parked on the Lockwood Hotel side of Main Street & was thinking to myself about going home & eating leftovers or going to Silver Street Tavern & ordering the Easter special. I decided to do that, I unlocked my vehicle, grabbed the book that I had been reading & then also grabbed a new book (because I only had 2 chapters left in the current novel I had been reading) I then walked across the street & entered Silver Street Tavern; maybe 50/60 feet at most. I didn't encounter anyone, anything, or any drugs in that short 1 minute walk. At 4:30 pm my life stops, all phone usage ends at this exact minute, last memory I have is opening my book to the first page of the last two chapters, I placed the bookmark in the front of the book. DAY #2

 APRIL 10, 2023 14 hours later I wake up in a jail cell in another county; drugged, raped, sodomized, bleeding & charged with FOUR crimes. I am not drunk, I am not hungover, I am actively bleeding from my rectum, I have been violated vaginally, my hip flexors hurt, my left armpit is swollen & both of my armpits hurt, I have no peripheral vision (my peripheral vision starts to return 5 days later on the evening of April 13th), my hands are visibly shaking uncontrollably & I am experiences symptoms of shock. I am allowed to bail myself out of jail & have difficulty driving home due to lack of any peripheral vison & have to turn my entire body in order to check for oncoming traffic. I am shaking uncontrollably & experience full symptoms of shock at this stage & have to pull over due to shaking & sobbing.
