• My friend sent me a screenshot of a woman sharing her story on a Waterville Community Page that was very similar to my experience. Friend stated that she had joined a Facebook Waterville community page and that there were women on the page disclosing experiences very similar to mine on that page.

• I then also joined the group & started to try to keep track of all the victims that came forward; yet the posts were being deleted as quickly as they were posted. I lost track around 28 victims; 2 of those are names I had already given to Waterville PD.

• I then made my first public post on the Waterville Community Page: I posted the following on the Waterville Community Page; 

“What's Up Waterville Administrator, I am new to this group & the first post that popped up was the notification about a drama post; that post is connected to this comment. I started looking through relatively recent activity & came across the post related to women being roofied in a local establishment in Waterville. I read the comments that had not been deleted (also wondering what was deleted) & my first thought is; 'Why would you want to delete or prevent this type of important information from being discussed publicly?' As a single woman & a local resident I would want to be made aware of the dangerous risks within my community & also feel that others have the right to know if they are in danger. I am assuming, only from every source known to humankind that being roofied also means being raped; what other reason would be explainable? So as I think about your reaction (calling it “drama”, shutting down the post, asking others to NOT re-post, blocking those that made comments about being drugged by local staff) I can only say that I am disgusted, not only disgusted but horrified that as an admin of a local community page you don’t feel that this level of awareness & risk is important enough to be taken seriously. I suspect that you will respond by deleting this post & then blocking me from this page; do whatever you feel is necessary for you to keep this silent. But also know that the information these women are sharing is NOT drama! These are real life & death events, so not only is it important, but it will be shared...with law enforcement, federal sex trafficking divisions, our Legislatures & Congress people, the news media & anyone else who will listen. The 'tapping of a button' is not going to 'delete this away'.”
