An article from current September 2023 Downeast magazine addressing the issues of Waterville Maine:  "I’m really torn, because I’m grateful every day for the investments that Colby’s made. And it’s not Colby’s job to fix Waterville. But I’m also very aware of the big problems that are still there,” she says. “From what I see, what Waterville needs is a way to feed the kids in town. A way to deal with the drug prevalence and the poverty and violence. I worry that it’s a matter of time before we might have a violent event in the dorm on Main Street.” Last spring, a fight between three Waterville men at a party in a dorm on Colby’s Mayflower Hill campus led to gunfire, a lockdown, and an arrest. If a long-range goal of downtown redevelopment is to help address Waterville’s broader social problems, O’Halloran says, “I really worry about whether this is going to work.” 

Hmmmm, it seems as if many are speaking up about the issues in Waterville; the danger, the crime, the violence...yet officials keep repeating their ridiculous gas-lighting mantra: "There is no evidence of the drugging & raping of women in Waterville Maine" !??!?  The article points out "It is only a matter of time before we have a violent event in the DORMS on Main Street"!?!  

Worried about that violence in the dorms on Main Street?!? What about the violence right ON Main Street!?!  Let's take some inventory:

Women are being taken right off the street, dragged into vehicles, beaten, raped & released?!?  Women are being drugged & raped in basements of downtown Waterville restaurants?!? You can fucking order a woman 24/7 from Relaxalon; a business that was identified by law enforcement as the location for sex trafficking that was actually the cause for Maine to adopt a sex trafficking legal defense for victims of sexual violence?!?  

It is only a matter a time before we have a violent event?!?  Ummmm, pretty sure we are already way past that folks...'The Waterville Secret that Everyone Knows'

DAY #1

APRIL 9, 2023 I attend a play at the Waterville Opera House; my phone pings me leaving there at 4:22 pm. I then walked to my vehicle that was parked on the Lockwood Hotel side of Main Street & was thinking to myself about going home & eating leftovers or going to Silver Street Tavern & ordering the Easter special. I decided to do that, I unlocked my vehicle, grabbed the book that I had been reading & then also grabbed a new book (because I only had 2 chapters left in the current novel I had been reading) I then walked across the street & entered Silver Street Tavern; maybe 50/60 feet at most. I didn't encounter anyone, anything, or any drugs in that short 1 minute walk. At 4:30 pm my life stops, all phone usage ends at this exact minute, last memory I have is opening my book to the first page of the last two chapters, I placed the bookmark in the front of the book. DAY #2

 APRIL 10, 2023 14 hours later I wake up in a jail cell in another county; drugged, raped, sodomized, bleeding & charged with FOUR crimes. I am not drunk, I am not hungover, I am actively bleeding from my rectum, I have been violated vaginally, my hip flexors hurt, my left armpit is swollen & both of my armpits hurt, I have no peripheral vision (my peripheral vision starts to return 5 days later on the evening of April 13th), my hands are visibly shaking uncontrollably & I am experiences symptoms of shock. I am allowed to bail myself out of jail & have difficulty driving home due to lack of any peripheral vison & have to turn my entire body in order to check for oncoming traffic. I am shaking uncontrollably & experience full symptoms of shock at this stage & have to pull over due to shaking & sobbing.
