DAY #155 (Part 1)

 This past weekend I attended & completed Part 1 of the State of Maine mandates; a 20-hour course at the cost of $310.00...I now wait to hear from the State about Part 2. This course was mandatory in order to even be eligible to 'ask' the State of Maine for a conditional work license in November.  'If' the State of Maine grants that at the end of November; I would then be able to go back to work as it would allow me to drive ONLY to & from employment.  


Part 1 of these mandates, the 20 hour class, I was asked to list the people & things in my life that I love & value; I listed my son, my friends, my career, my religion...my life. 


I was then asked to speak to why the "high risk behaviors & bad choices" that I made on Easter Sunday showed that I clearly do not value the people & things that I say I love. You were not allowed to pass on this task; each participant (30 people per class) was mandated to speak. I cried throughout my turn & struggled with this assignment.


Lastly, I had to create a personal plan on how to make sure that the day I was arrested was never going to happen again. I had to list how I would live differently, how I would make low risk choices & good decisions moving forward in order to assure that I would no longer be a danger to society, a danger to those I love & a danger to myself ever again.


*Out of pocket fiscal cost of being 'drugged, raped, sodomized, robbed & then arrested' is now $25,808.01 & continues to rise daily.


*Emotional costs of being 'drugged, raped, sodomized, robbed & then arrested' is so high I cannot even begin to articulate the depth & damage...& that too continues to rise daily.


*112 DAYS since my license was taken & I have been unable to work & have been isolated in my home.


*101 DAYS since I heard from Waterville PD; 3 days after all victims went public, they told me that they would no longer speak to me about my rape case because it would "jeopardize the integrity of their investigation".


*155 DAYS (5 & 1/2 months) since I was 'drugged, raped, sodomized, robbed & then arrested'.


Still, I have yet to be before a judge on the criminal charges against me & I have heard NOTHING from Waterville Police Department about their 'investigation' regarding my rape case.


Yet in full transparency; Waterville PD did tell me in May that Silver Street Tavern stated that I "walked into their restaurant already drugged & raped & that I 'took myself' down to their rape basement" & in June, Chief Bonney did tell the entire community in a news article that there is "no evidence of the drugging & raping of women in Waterville Maine".


Our system is broken.

DAY #1

APRIL 9, 2023 I attend a play at the Waterville Opera House; my phone pings me leaving there at 4:22 pm. I then walked to my vehicle that was parked on the Lockwood Hotel side of Main Street & was thinking to myself about going home & eating leftovers or going to Silver Street Tavern & ordering the Easter special. I decided to do that, I unlocked my vehicle, grabbed the book that I had been reading & then also grabbed a new book (because I only had 2 chapters left in the current novel I had been reading) I then walked across the street & entered Silver Street Tavern; maybe 50/60 feet at most. I didn't encounter anyone, anything, or any drugs in that short 1 minute walk. At 4:30 pm my life stops, all phone usage ends at this exact minute, last memory I have is opening my book to the first page of the last two chapters, I placed the bookmark in the front of the book. DAY #2

 APRIL 10, 2023 14 hours later I wake up in a jail cell in another county; drugged, raped, sodomized, bleeding & charged with FOUR crimes. I am not drunk, I am not hungover, I am actively bleeding from my rectum, I have been violated vaginally, my hip flexors hurt, my left armpit is swollen & both of my armpits hurt, I have no peripheral vision (my peripheral vision starts to return 5 days later on the evening of April 13th), my hands are visibly shaking uncontrollably & I am experiences symptoms of shock. I am allowed to bail myself out of jail & have difficulty driving home due to lack of any peripheral vison & have to turn my entire body in order to check for oncoming traffic. I am shaking uncontrollably & experience full symptoms of shock at this stage & have to pull over due to shaking & sobbing.
