Update as of 9.20.2023...

As mentioned previously, my attorney has filed a motion with the court to order DA Maloney to turn over information related to my Waterville rape investigation, anything that supports/identifies information pertinent to the drugging & sexual assault against me. This information is needed in order to present/utilize in the criminal charges that DA Maloney is currently prosecuting me for from that same day I was drugged, raped, sodomized, robbed & then arrested for OUI, Failure to Stop, Refusal to Test & Failure to Sign the paperwork related to those 3 charges.

My attorney has also requested any relevant information over the past 5 years related to the drugging & raping of individuals in Waterville Maine & all information related to sex trafficking, human trafficking & involuntary drugging of persons in Waterville, Maine.

Meaghan Maloney has now filed her response with the court to those requests. Her response is attached below stating;  "Ms. Boivin is not the Defendant(s) in any of the sexual assault cases stemming from Waterville, Maine...therefore not entitled to any of the information."

I need to point out that the Defendant(s) in my rape case & the numerous other drug & rape cases that have taken place in Waterville, Maine are the individuals that are drugging & raping women in basements. The Defendant(s) in my case & the other sex trafficking & drug/rape cases ARE THE rapists.

Meagan Maloney then further states that this "confidential defendant information" should be protected & then lastly states "that information is NOT relevant to my pending criminal charges." 

So let me understand this, the investigative information about being drugged, raped, sodomized, robbed & then arrested on Easter Sunday is NOT relevant to the criminal charges she is prosecuting me for stemming from that same day?!!?!

The numerous amount of victims that have come forward stating they have had the same experience as me is NOT relevant to that day!?!?!

The MASS drugging & raping of women in the SAME basement that Silver Street Tavern alleges that I walked in "already drugged & crawled into their basement on my own" is NOT relevant to my arrest & the criminal charges against me!?!?! 

The information related to Charlie Giguere's Silver Street Tavern's kitchen staff that was bragging that he "finally got to fuck a bald woman" & has since had his federal probation revoked for drug/gun charges & is currently back in prison is NOT relevant?!?!

165 DAYS AGO: I was drugged, raped, sodomized, robbed & 'found' in an unnamed establishments 'basement' in downtown Waterville Maine & then arrested.

92 DAYS AGO: I was 'silenced' by Charlie Giguere; owner of Silver Street Tavern.

DAY #1

APRIL 9, 2023 I attend a play at the Waterville Opera House; my phone pings me leaving there at 4:22 pm. I then walked to my vehicle that was parked on the Lockwood Hotel side of Main Street & was thinking to myself about going home & eating leftovers or going to Silver Street Tavern & ordering the Easter special. I decided to do that, I unlocked my vehicle, grabbed the book that I had been reading & then also grabbed a new book (because I only had 2 chapters left in the current novel I had been reading) I then walked across the street & entered Silver Street Tavern; maybe 50/60 feet at most. DAY #2

 APRIL 10, 2023 14 hours later I wake up in a jail cell in another county; drugged, raped, sodomized, bleeding & charged with FOUR crimes. I am not drunk, I am not hungover, I am actively bleeding from my rectum, I have been violated vaginally, my hip flexors hurt, my left armpit is swollen & both of my armpits hurt, I have no peripheral vision (my peripheral vision starts to return 5 days later on the evening of April 13th), my hands are visibly shaking uncontrollably & I am experiences symptoms of shock. I am allowed to bail myself out of jail & have difficulty driving home due to lack of any peripheral vison & have to turn my entire body in order to check for oncoming traffic. I am shaking uncontrollably & experience full symptoms of shock at this stage & have to pull over due to shaking & sobbing.
