Yesterday (9.20.2023) I spoke with the Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles...they stated that there had been an error with scheduling my hearing to address my license revocation based on the criminal charges pending against me related to Easter Sunday & my 'refusal' to test.  

Today (9.21.2023) Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles once again acknowledged it was their error & did what they could to resolve & rectify that error all within less than a 24 hour time frame.  It has been the very first time in this entire situation that a fact pattern has been looked at logically & then an appropriate response took place...the Maine Criminal Justice system could take pointers from Maine BMV.  

I am grateful that for the time being, as of this morning my Maine State driver's license has been restored. After 122 DAYS without my license I am actually going to work on Monday.

I am DRIVING to work on Monday, I am DRIVING to my clients homes on Monday...I may even go wild & purchase a gallon of milk (all on my own) on Monday & DRIVE that gallon of milk back to my home!?!

166 DAYS AGO: I was drugged, raped, sodomized, robbed & 'found' in an unnamed establishments 'basement' in downtown Waterville Maine & then arrested.

92 DAYS AGO: I was 'silenced' by Charlie Giguere; owner of Silver Street Tavern.

DAY #1

APRIL 9, 2023 I attend a play at the Waterville Opera House; my phone pings me leaving there at 4:22 pm. I then walked to my vehicle that was parked on the Lockwood Hotel side of Main Street & was thinking to myself about going home & eating leftovers or going to Silver Street Tavern & ordering the Easter special. I decided to do that, I unlocked my vehicle, grabbed the book that I had been reading & then also grabbed a new book (because I only had 2 chapters left in the current novel I had been reading) I then walked across the street & entered Silver Street Tavern; maybe 50/60 feet at most. DAY #2

 APRIL 10, 2023 14 hours later I wake up in a jail cell in another county; drugged, raped, sodomized, bleeding & charged with FOUR crimes. I am not drunk, I am not hungover, I am actively bleeding from my rectum, I have been violated vaginally, my hip flexors hurt, my left armpit is swollen & both of my armpits hurt, I have no peripheral vision (my peripheral vision starts to return 5 days later on the evening of April 13th), my hands are visibly shaking uncontrollably & I am experiences symptoms of shock. I am allowed to bail myself out of jail & have difficulty driving home due to lack of any peripheral vison & have to turn my entire body in order to check for oncoming traffic. I am shaking uncontrollably & experience full symptoms of shock at this stage & have to pull over due to shaking & sobbing.
