DAY #56

 JUNE 3, 2023

I figure out how to access all usage of a phone. On April 9th this was my phone usage; (I have saved all data & screenshots)

* 9:38 am I checked email

* 9:39 am I checked the weather

* 9:39 am I checked Facebook

* 10:11 am checked email

* 10:13 am I used Facebook Messenger

* 10:42 am I checked Facebook

* 10:46 to 10:49 am I searched info about kayaks at Walmart, so the phone actually pinged my location due to that search & places me at my home; it actually pulls up a map & places my in Oakland at my house.

* 11:14 am I searched for UPS in Waterville Maine & also viewed a specific kayak at Walmart; so the phone once again pinged my location & once again places me at my home via the map.

* 11:15 am I checked Facebook

* 11:19 am I went on Amazon Shopping; compared prices of kayaks.

* 11:21 am I used my camera; I took screenshot of a kayak I found.

*12:22 pm I checked my email

(This would be when I then left my home to drive to Waterville; I told police I left maybe at 12:15...so I was close)

* 1:17 pm I used Shazam; this was that song I looked up when playing 'name that tune' with the Silver Street Tavern bartender that I had told Waterville Police about when I reported the crime.

* 1:17 pm I checked Facebook

* 1:24 pm I checked email

* 1:40 pm I checked email

* 1:48 pm I used my camera; this was the picture I took of me at Waterville Opera House holding the theater playbill.

* 1:51 & 1:52 I used photos & Facebook; this was me posting the playbill picture onto my Facebook page with the post about the play.

* 4:22 I used Google photos; this is when I was showing the woman in the bathroom pictures of clothes I make, when she said she liked my handmade jeans; also told Waterville Police about this when I reported the crime.

* 4:30 I checked my Facebook

*After that 4:30 Facebook check, I never used my phone again that day.

In the statement that I supplied Waterville PD I offered the following timeline: 2 pm theater, run time of play was 2 hours with a 20 minute intermission. Left Opera House, then stopped at my vehicle to grab my books, which would have placed me walking into Silver Street Tavern around 4:30.  I ordered a beer & Easter dinner, opened my book to read & immediately thought "am I going blind?"...next full memory is waking up confuse, raped, sodomized, bleeding in a jail cell the following morning.

I used my phone 21 times from the minute I woke up & then completely stopped using it for the rest of that entire day at exactly 4:30 pm.  I also looked at all other days of my life & my phone usage consistently starts when I wake up & ends when I go to bed.

Again, on DAY 34 (May 12, 2023) Officer Allen told me the following; that she spoke with two of the staff from Silver Street Tavern; the bartender (Anthony Tuell) & the manager (Karen Dennis Thompson).  The manager stated that she remembered me from the first visit before the Waterville Opera House play; yet does not remember me returning after the show.

The bartender stated that I “arrived drugged & tripping” “that I did not have anything to eat nor drink at Silver Street Tavern when I returned” (I had one beer before the show that is on my charge card, with a tip, that my bank can pull the data on.  I paid for it at exactly 1:44 & 50 seconds & then walked over for the 2 pm matinee at the Waterville Opera House). There is also a second charge for a 2nd beer that afternoon after the show from Silver Street Tavern that the bank states was run through the POS system in an unusual way; they charged me for a beer, yet I did not tip on it.

The bartender then told Waterville PD that I danced around the restaurant ‘all drugged out’; the manager states that she did not witness that or even see me return after the play.

The bartender then told Waterville PD that LATER a bar-back named Justin told him that he ‘found me’ still ‘drugged out & tripping in the basement’ of Silver Street Tavern & he told me I couldn’t be in the basement & that I said okay & left.  The bartender stated that I left at 3:45 & that while he was still at the Tavern yet he was no longer working.
